Hey everyone, it's Wednesday!

It had been a pretty good week up to this point. Picked the girls up on Monday from school, how great it was to see their beautiful faces.

While I was making their lunches for school Elizabeth came up to me and hugged me and said, thanks for make my lunches everyday mommy. It was so nice to be recognized for doing something and realizing you are not taken for granted.

Tuesday entailed taken Elizabeth to her volleyball game. It was played in Pierce City, which is about an hour away. The girls all did an awesome job, and they won two out of three matches. I can really tell they have improved from the beginning of the year.  Go Saints!!

This morning however, I over slept,  the girls and myself were able to get out the door in less than 30 minutes, which I can hardly believe and we had no screaming matches or tantrums. However, I do hate morning like this when you feel rush, it just makes the day seem a little off for some reason.

Well it's time to get back to studying for my Algebra test this week. Wish me luck.

Sunday

Hello everyone.

Today was a normal Sunday; laundry, grocery shopping and homework. I am all ready for the girls to get home tomorrow, oh how I can't wait to hear how Elizabeth did at her state meet in cross country. 

I did have a good conversation with my mother. We talked about her favorite subject food, and weight watchers. At times this is very frustrating for me as I don't really find pleasure in talking about food and recipes. Sometimes I am able to communicate well with my mother and other times it is very difficult. Today, however was a good conversation. She was able to help me through some of my frustrations. The weekends when the younger girls are gone, I have a more difficult time trying to keep positive energies flowing. When they are gone the house is so silent, and lonely. An then I realize I have my plate full with my children, and school. It would be nice if my good friend lived closer, but I know this would distract me from my goals.

Introduction - October 14, 2012

Hello everyone.

Well I am a new be to blogging, so please go easy on me.

So let me introduce myself. I am a mother of four girls, yes all girls. I have two who are grown and two still living at home. Over the last several years I have experience many life changing events. These changes caused me to rethink what I wanted out of life. I have returned back to college, and I am attempting to change other aspects of my life. Going from being married to re-establishing my life.

My hopes are this blog will not only be therapeutic for myself but also for others. I am looking for to getting my life in order. To completing school, finding new friends, making a better life for my children. I look forward to this journey.
